‘Aarogya Sakaal’

A health festival – “Arogya Sakal” was hosted by Maharashtra’s premier daily newspapers “Sakal” from Dec 8 to 11, 2005 Symbiosis Centre of Health Care presented the theme in “Fitness Island.”  It highlighted ‘3 S’ of fitness – strength, stamina & suppleness. Fitness management students conducted non invasive fitness tests this helped in creating awareness regarding fitness & wellness amongst the Pune Citizens.
