1.Ultra Modern Gym

Recreation and wellness centre provides state of the art modern gymnasium with ultramodern strength and Cardio equipment which suit to the staff and students' standards. Different modes of training like body toning, body shaping, weight gain, weight loss are conducted regularly under the guidance of certified fitness professionals.



2.Aerobics

Recreation and wellness centre provides ergonomically standardized aerobics studio at all the campuses of Symbiosis. Campuses like Khadki, Lavale, and Bangalore are featured with an Italian suspension aerobics floor, which is certified as the gold standard in the industry.


Different aerobics modes like Dance Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Salsa, Bollywood Dance sessions are conducted at these studios under the supervision of certified aerobics experts as per the schedules.



3.Yoga

Yoga’s primary emphasis is on general well-being. Rather, yoga employs a broad, holistic approach that focuses on teaching people a positive lifestyle, way of thinking, and way of being in the world. Yoga is practised by the students as means to keep students flexible and raise their body mind and spirit.



4.Zumba

Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.Squats and lunges are also included.



5.TAG

TAG caters to the core of our body that is; thighs, abs and glutes, helps in toning the muscles to develop better coordination and reduce unwanted fat from that area.



6.Swimming pools

Exercises in Aqua are considered as the safest exercise programme because it provides a natural resistance and provides a complete joint support for all the movements which are performed. Aqua exercises can also be prescribed for patients who are suffering from various medical problems..
Symbiosis has created three semi-Olympic size Swimming Pools at:

  1. SIMS, Khadki

  2. Hinjewadi campus

  3. Lavale hilltop campus


  4. RWC offers Swimming coaching and aqua aerobics sessions to the students and staff of the Symbiosis.
