A student especially, a new comer to the city does not know whom to seek medical assistance. He/she needs guidance as to where he/she can get proper medical care and at a reasonable cost without getting cheated.  

The student does not know the legal formalities to be fulfilled in case of road traffic accidents e.g. making a panchanama report etc.  

The hospital which he approaches insists on a cash deposit prior to admission & completion of police formalities. 

The student, faced with a medical emergency and his friends are then in a difficult situation; they don’t have proper medical guidance nor the required funds to take care of the hospital deposit or medical bills.

Even existing Insurance Company does not provide any financial support at such a critical time. 

So valuable time is lost with the possibility of the student’s medical condition deteriorating & so his chances of recovery and improvement may be adversely affected.
