Recreation and wellness centre
provides ergonomically standardized aerobics studio at all the
campuses of Symbiosis. Campuses like Khadki, Lavale, and Bangalore
are featured with Italian suspension aerobics floor which is
certified as gold standard in the industry.
Different aerobics modes like
Dance Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Salsa, Bollywood Dance sessions are
conducted at these studios under the supervision of certified
aerobics experts as per the schedules.
Aerobics plays a key role in
healthy living and physical fitness. In Aerobics, we consume oxygen
for energy and make rhythmic movements in a fixed pattern that are
generally of low-intensity. It helps us to strengthen the
cardiovascular system, develop muscles, enhance endurance and burn
off fat naturally.
Aerobics sessions are conducted at
all the Centres of Symbiosis in the evening time to enable the
students to attend them after their fully packed academic schedules.
