Services Not Covered
Under SCHC Medical Insurance

| Medical insurance scheme
provided by SCHC along with NIC is the first of its kind. It has
been introduced by the Symbiosis society with the benevolent intent
of students/staff health care in mind. |

Services not covered under Medical Insurance Scheme at Symbiosis
Centre of Health Care. |
|
The following services are not covered by the medical
Insurance Scheme at Symbiosis & it will be the responsibility of Student/Staff
to pay. Please check with your insurance policy document (Ref. Attachment) for
coverage:

Pharmacy prescriptions/medications.

Consultation and/or treatment by sub-specialists outside
of the SCHC.

Travel and routine immunizations.

Hospitalization less than 24 hours.

Mental health care.
-
Laboratory tests other than those covered under Annual
Health Check up.

Radiology procedures.
-
Medical record copying or certificates.
-
Drug testing.

Other services not listed here.
