Yoga
Yoga

Yoga’s primary emphasis is on general well-being. Although yoga has been shown to be beneficial in a variety of conditions, yoga alone is not considered a complete therapy for specific illnesses. Rather, yoga employs a broad holistic approach that focuses on teaching people a new lifestyle, way of thinking, and way of being in the world. Yoga is the best way found out to free the mind from mental disturbances, calming the spirit & steadying the breathing pattern.

Why Yoga

1. One of the most popular benefits of yoga exercises is that, it not only strengthens and improves your physical condition, but also helps relieve stress and tension to improve your mental outlook too. Today's society is fast-paced and hectic, and this can take its toll on one both physically and mentally. Yoga recognizes this, and many of the slow stretching movements and deep breathing of yoga exercises help clear your mind of the cares of the day and focus it on positive things instead

2.  Yoga not only strengthens your muscles but also increases their flexibility. Flexibility is often ignored in many workout routines. Yoga can help round out your workout schedule, not only strengthening the muscles of your body but also making them flexible enough to protect you from injury as you exercise.

3. Yoga also stimulates endocrine gland function by utilizing twisting and bending poses that activate the endocrine system and helps normalize sluggish glands.

4. The body becomes strong and healthy. Too much fat is reduced. There is luster in the face. Eyes sparkle like diamonds. It also helps in lubricating the joints & ligaments.

POWER YOGA

Power Yoga is one of the impressively stimulating Yoga styles that, primarily, are the result of the American interpretation of Ashtanga Yoga. As against other forms of Yoga, in core power yoga there is very little or almost no stopping between yoga poses.

For this reason, it is a powerful and forceful aerobic workout regimen. Core Power Yoga is a dynamic and energetic form of Yoga exercise. There are Power yoga sessions being conducted by certified professionals at Symbiosis Centres to encourage students to know the new techniques that are upcoming to benefit them in different ways.
