There are various reasons because of which you are not able to login to your account.
It might be that you are entering an incorrect
password.
Please ensure that the caps-lock button of your keyboard is not toggled.
The second possible reason is that you are either
entering an incorrect Login-id or password.
Remember that your Login-id is same as the email address which you have
provided during registration.
Another possibility is that you have actually
forgotten the password and are entering an incorrect password.
If this is the case, please follow the steps to retrieve
your Login password.

Go to the site www.schcpune.org/elearn
In login page, click on the link Forgot password.
A window will pop up. Fill in your user id and submit.
Your Login password will me mailed to you at the email address provided by you when you had registered.
If you have forgot your Login id / User id / Email provided, you need to contact us at online_support@schcpune.org
If the Email address provided by me during registration, is no longer valid, you need to contact us at online_support@schcpune.org
You might be facing this problem because your Session might have expired.
The reason because of which your Session expires is.
For your security, your mail.schcpune.org session expires a maximum of 30 minutes after you have logged in. This ensures that nobody else can access your information after 30 minutes.
If you see this message immediately after logging in, you should check the following:
Check to see that your computer system time is accurate. Session are time sensitive and may not work if your computer date is incorrect by a large amount.
Ensure that the correct date is on your computer by doing the following:
1. Click on START button on task bar, Go to SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL. Then double
click on Date/Time option.
2. The 'Date/Time Properties' window appears. Under the 'Date' section, verify
that the correct month, day, and year appear.
3. If the incorrect month or year appears, please adjust accordingly by using
the arrows located to the right of each field.
4. If the incorrect day appears, please click the correct day on the calendar.
5. Click the 'Apply' button and click the 'OK' button.
